Delivery to Germany, Austria and Switzerland is free. Customs clearance and VAT are included in shipments to Switzerland. We deliver to participating EU countries from 39€. Contact us here , if you have any questions concerning shipping to an EU country.

Der Kundenservice antwortet sehr schnell auf Mails und hat mir dann auch am Telefon weiter geholfen. Die weiteren Einhängehäkchen die ich zusätzlich gebraucht hab, wurden mir kostenlos zu meiner Filter Bestellung gesendet. Top Service, erklärt alles in Ruhe und löst die Fragen einfach und sehr freundlich. Die Hazelbox selbst läuft für eine Growbox sehr ruhig und ist super einfach zu bedienen. Mittlerweile schon der 3. Grow, immer mit guter Ernte. Absolute Weiterempfehlung 5 Sterne ⭐️ Weiter so
